Join Chelsea, a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, for a four week yoga series aimed at managing anxiety, stress, and its effects in the mind and body. Working directly with the nervous system, we’ll practice a variety of techniques that effectively disrupt the self-perpetuating stress cycle and help you find relief from your anxiety. Yoga can be an excellent compliment to mental health counseling as the mind/body connection is incredibly strong!  Chelsea combines yoga with individual attention and education about anxiety and trauma making this an important component of anxiety treatment.

Everything you need is provided-all you need to do is show up and be ready to experience healing.  The multi week series, small class size and longer sessions will help you feel comfortable in the class so you can get the most out of the experience!

No yoga experience required. Class is limited to six participants to ensure a safe and intimate setting. Props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Wear layered, comfortable clothes.
