For example, at Aspire Counseling all of our therapists have a number of reduced rate spots available so we can help some clients who couldn’t afford our full fees. Additionally, many out of network therapists also can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Or some therapists (like Aspire Counseling) will even submit those superbills on your behalf. We use a bill system that allows us to automatically submit your superbill to your insurance company if you’d like through a system that increases the chances you’ll get reimbursed. Many of our clients are getting reimbursed pretty decent amounts which is making therapy more affordable in the long run for those clients.

When I was a  young clinician, I spent a lot of time researching what the absolute best therapeutic method was.
